September 28, 2020 - Amazonas, Brazil

The Federal Highway Police (PRF) seized 266.11 cubic meters of illegal wood of the Cupiúba (Goupia glabra) and Massaranduba (Manilkara spp.) species in Manaus during the morning of September 27 on highway BR-174. The seven vehicles transporting the wood came from Roraima. The companies responsible for the cargo had evidence of fraud in the management plan according to the Federal Police.
