September 21, 2020 - Pastaza, Ecuador

Balsa wood trees are being logged illegally in the forests of the Pastaza province allege reports. The Governing Council of the Sapara Nation (NASE) have denounced the logging. The logs are allegedly entering commercial markets near Puyo.
