August 9, 2020 - East Kalimantan, Indonesia

KLHK Gakkum investigators have arrested three suspects on charges related to the falsification of documents and the illegal transportaion of Ulin lumber. The wood allegedly originated from Barong Tongkok, West Kutai Regency and was intercepted in Jembayan Village, Loa Kulu District. The legality documents (SKSHH-KO) used to transport the wood are suspected to be fake.
