July 11, 2020 - Pará, Brazil

The Federal Highway Police (PRF) seized 42.20 cubic meters of logs of the species Quaruba, Mirindiba, and Tanibuca on highway BR-163 in Santarém on July 10. The Document of Forest Origin (DOF) reportedly contained irregularities related to the transport modes and the license plates of the vehicle. The logs allegedly originated from the Cooperativa Mista Agroextrativista do Rio Inambú.
