July 8, 2020 - Mato Grosso, Brazil

The Federal Highway Police (PRF) seized 17.43 cubic meters of lumber on highway BR-364 in Alto Garças on July 8. The sawn wood was allegedly being transported from Rondônia to Brumadinho. When checking the cargo documentation, the police found that there were expired documents of forest origin, which makes the respective cargo illegal.
