June 17, 2020 - Pará, Brazil

33.94 cubic meters of Massaranduba lumber were seized June 16 at km 1003 of highway BR-163 in Santarem. The transported cargo had an invoice, but the truck driver presented documentation stating that the transported product would be exempted from using a forest guide. Maçaranduba is not included in the list of planted forest species that are allowed to transit without the Forest Guide.
